- Minimum 5 years with proven leadership abilities
- Exceptional chairside assisting skills and clinical expertise
- Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
- Expertise in maintaining CDC, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards
- Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain operations
- X-ray certification and proficiency in dental practice management systems
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive "Can-Do" Attitude
- Stable employment history and strong dental terminology knowledge
- Natural ability to build rapport with patients and team members

- Must Be Organize
- Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus; a current dental license or certification may be required in certain states, especially if performing expanded duties or functions.
