Position Overview: Lone Mountain Truck Leasing is seeking a composed, adaptable professional with high attention to detail and impeccable critical-thinking skills to fill our Customer Service Representative position. We offer extensive training, upward mobility, and the ability to get paid what you're worth!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company by maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Offer guidance and educate the customer on maintaining a successful lease.
• Maintain urgent follow-up and follow-through on everything.
• Work with fellow departments to proactively resolve issues.
• Process incoming payments for tolls, taxes, small delinquencies.
• Audit lease documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide registration assistance in all 50 states.
• Respond to leasing application inquiries.
• Coordinate lease payoffs and title transfers.
• Initiate and facilitate paperwork for customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, teaching, training, coaching or related fields.
• Proficient at working through issues with customers over the phone with positive resolution.
• Thrive in a very fast-paced phone environment with constant interruption.
• Incredibly adaptable to changing assignments, juggling additional work when needed.
• Team Player: eagerly looks to lend a hand, go the extra mile.
• Always produces an on-time, excellent work product.
• Top notch written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, self-teacher, constant learner.
