What You'll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
- Restock clean wares and supplies throughout the kitchen
- Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleanliness
- Support the culinary team with stocking and other operational tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
- Work as part of a team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
