What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute dinner menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain organized, well-stocked line stations throughout service.
- Complete daily prep work to ensure readiness for dinner service and future meal periods.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and temperatures throughout service.
- Prepare meals that accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
- Work collaboratively with servers and fellow kitchen team members to deliver timely, accurate meals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Complete nightly closing duties and prepare stations for the following day's service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
