What You'll Do
- Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast and lunch buffets throughout service.
- Complete daily prep work and maintain organized, well-stocked workstations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, temperatures, and presentation.
- Prepare meals that accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning kitchen stations and equipment.
- Work closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
