The Job
You’ll deliver packages on city and suburban routes in Liberty, Independence, and Kansas City, covering about 50 miles per day. You’ll drive a gas-powered Ford step van, P1000, P1100, or P1200. Routes average 8.5 hours and continue until all packages are delivered. The work includes loading and unloading packages and carrying them to delivery locations.
Drivers can earn a $75 weekly incentive for 99.4% service or better, subject to the stated incentive conditions. An additional $75 incentive is available for working an unscheduled day.
Compensation
- Daily pay: $190 per day
- Performance incentive: $75 per week for 99.4% service or better

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Missouri drivers must have a Class E driver’s license
- No CDL required
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Lift packages up to 150 lbs and frequently bend, lift, and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior delivery or courier experience preferred, but not required
