We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance services, including tire rotations and filter replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair techniques.
- Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
