Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for our diverse clientele. As a Stylist at London Kae Salon, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to a positive and collaborative salon environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide professional hair styling and grooming services to clients, including cuts, colors, blowouts, and treatments, in accordance with their individual preferences and style goals.

* Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific concerns or considerations related to their hair.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair care industry, and incorporate them into your styling repertoire.

* Educate clients on proper hair care techniques, product usage, and maintenance to help them achieve and maintain their desired look.

* Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use, to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment.

* Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.

* Collaborate with fellow stylists and salon staff to uphold our commitment to excellence in client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling, for diverse hair types and textures.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively consult with clients and build rapport to understand and meet their needs.

* Creativity and artistic flair, with a passion for experimenting with new styles, trends, and techniques.

* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service and results for every client.

* Valid cosmetology license or certification from a recognized training program.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments and salon schedules.

License/Certification:
