Duties
- Operate laundry machines efficiently, ensuring all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned to the highest standards
- Manage the front counter by greeting guests warmly, checking in their laundry items, and providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and front desk workspace
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions to enhance their overall experience
- Perform basic math calculations for billing and pricing purposes
- Support cleaning duties around the facility to uphold hygiene standards and a tidy environment
Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with guest service protocols
- Knowledge of laundry operations is a strong advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently and efficiently in a busy environment
