Crew Member – London Construction, LLC
Pay: $20–$32/hour, depending on experience and skill
Schedule: Four 10-hour days

The Job
We’re looking for someone to join our construction crew. Experience isn’t required—we’re happy to train the right person.
We work on a variety of projects including post-frame buildings, residential framing, new construction, and remodels. You’ll get hands-on experience with different parts of the building process and learn to use the tools and equipment we work with every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Framing and general construction
Measuring, cutting, and installing materials
Using hand and power tools
Operating telehandlers, scissor lifts, and other equipment
Loading and moving building materials
Working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
Helping keep the jobsite clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
Good work ethic and shows up on time
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle to get to work
Pay & Schedule
$20–$32/hour, based on what you know and what you can do.
We work four 10-hour days, so you get a full 40-hour week with three-day weekends.
