Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our property management software, Rent Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with a pre-defined customer base.
- Answer questions and support current customers with their software needs.
- Boost sales by uncovering sales opportunities within customer base.
- Review and execute sales agreements with customers.
- Document all sales activities in internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with current customers.
- Use up-selling and cross-selling techniques to expose customers to additional products or services that fit their needs.
- Attend industry trade shows.
- Identify market trends to assist in LCS’s overall product development and marketing strategy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience, ideally in software sales
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Understanding of basic accounting practices
- High energy, integrity, and a can-do attitude
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customers’ business needs
