What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at London City Schools?
The London City School District is seeking qualified applicants for the Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) position. The HRC is an exempted position within the Treasurer's Office. The work will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Annual open enrollment benefits process
- Maintenance of benefits in an online platform
- FMLA leave
- Employee contracts
- Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment claims
- Cross-training on payroll
This position is 20 hours per week, with a pay range of $23,920 to $24,440. It is anticipated this position will grow to full-time. The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a courteous and positive demeanor. Knowledge of Excel and Word is required. Previous experience with employee benefits is desired but not necessary.
