RFD Beaufort is hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Virginia Beach, VA — a hybrid customer success and inside sales role at the intersection of tactical gear, defense products, and relationship-driven business growth.
This isn't just a phone-and-email role. You'll be:
• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Generating quotes, processing orders, and identifying upsell opportunities
• Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, BD, and marketing teams
• Working directly within Salesforce and our internal ERP/CRM systems
