We're Hiring: MASTER TECHNICIAN
Londo's Auto & Diesel is a growing, high-volume automotive and diesel repair facility looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our team.
We're looking for someone who wants to be a part of our team, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to getting the job done right the first time.

Requirements
- 5 years of professional automotive and/or diesel repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose problems accurately rather than simply replacing parts
- Ability to perform repairs independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, drivability, and modern vehicle technology
- Ability to use professional diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Must own and maintain a complete set of tools necessary to perform repairs and diagnostics
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Dependable attendance and a professional work ethic
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose and repair automotive and diesel vehicles
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify the root cause of vehicle problems
- Complete work orders and documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Take ownership of assigned repairs from diagnosis through completion

Compensation
Competitive flat-rate compensation based on experience, skill level, certifications, productivity, diagnostic ability, and quality of work.
