Pay Range: $100K-$120K A Year!
Compensation Breakdown:
- Base hourly -$18 - $24

Requirements:
- Be able to use hand tools, power tools in order to make repairs.
- Must have 2 years of residential electrical service experience.
- Be willing and able to travel one time in the first year of employment for training.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the team.

As a Residential Electrical Service Technician, you’ll deliver expert electrical service to homeowners while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the team. Job Duties / Responsibilities / KPI’s
- Complete all general electrical in-home service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options.
- Educate customers on Service Partner Plan.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to earn new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
