What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Lommerrijk, Inc.?
We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team and make our institution’s surroundings beautiful. Our Groundskeeper will have many tools at their disposal for optimal maintenance. They should be able to keep up the appearance of our outdoor areas by keeping lawns manicured, hedges trimmed and pathways clean from debris.
Responsibilities
- Mowing the lawn and back acres
- Sweeping the outside clay courts and keeping them cleaned and maintained
- Maintain the pool and pool area
- Clean and maintain inside lounge area, locker rooms, and bathrooms
- Pick up any trash in and around the center and take it to the dumpster
- Maintain gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, and mulching.
Must be able to
- Work six (6) days a week from 7am - 11am with more hours available over the summer
- Communicate effectively with Manager during shift and on days off
- Lift at least 50 lbs
- Safely drive farm equipment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.75 - $20.17 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
