Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively enforce company standard and procedures
- Must be able to work late nights for lounge guests
- Achieve objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and standards of service.
- Resolve staff and/or guest conflict with service recovery and adapt procedures when necessary
- Ensure and maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Develop staff by hosting training classes, coaching, and regular performance evaluations
- Creating an engaging & energetic environment
- Brand Ambassador for restaurant who can cultivate and build on guest retention
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience at upscale lounge/restaurants/hotels
- TABC Certified
- Manager Food Handler's Certification (TEXAS)
- Self-Starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
