Lombardi Development is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead project meetings and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Monitor job cost reports and proactively address budget variances.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Support field operations to maintain schedule and resolve project challenges.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management with a General Contractor.
- Associate’s Degree preferred (Construction Management or related field).
- Experience with restaurant, office, or retail construction is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple project phases and scopes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
