Lombardi's Restaurant has been family owned for 50 years. A restaurant where everything is homemade. Guests enjoy our pastas, breads and sauces that are all made on premise. Our staff is professional and outgoing. We work as a team to serve our customers while communicating with our backend staff.
We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Family being a very important part of Lombardi's we are also closed most major holidays.
We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks to customers, and ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks to customers.
- Clean and set tables.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
