- Secure Preventative Maintenance contract renewals as well as identify upsell opportunities while maintaining and building relationships with existing Loma customers.
- Manage and develop account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales; as well as identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and/or other service offerings.
- Prepare and process quotations while proactively contacting existing and potential customers to sell/extend their service agreement.
- Proactively generate, qualify, and pursue existing and new client leads to generate service revenue.
- Use CRM tools to track all required KPIs (activities and opportunities) as well as manage the pipeline and provide activities report and sales forecast for management on monthly basis.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to address customer concerns effectively and pass on relevant leads.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customer relationships with emphasis on responsiveness and ownership of the customers’ requests.
- Provides high-level customer support through diligent follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure customers’ lifetime commitment to our products.
- Demonstrate technical competence in service products and applications, ensuring proper sales application to meet customer needs for after-market products
- Engage in department-wide projects including improvements to efficiency and development of service sales strategy.
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties
