Part-Time Event Setup Technician (Party Rentals)

Lolo’s Party Rentals is looking for a dependable, hard-working Event Setup Technician to partner with our Lead Driver/Manager. You’ll assist with delivering, setting up, cleaning, and picking up bounce houses, water slides, and party equipment throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

What You’ll Do

Assist lead driver with loading, unloading, and setting up bounce houses and water slides

Team-lift heavy equipment and inflatables (up to 300 lbs with a partner)

Set up tables, chairs, and other party equipment

Clean, sanitize, and wipe down units after setup

Roll, strap, and organize inflatables after events

Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries

Schedule

Weekdays: 2–3 days per week (approx. 4–5 hours/shift, starting around 8:00–9:00 AM)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday availability required (shifts typically wrap up around 1:00–2:00 PM; peak days may run until 3:00–4:00 PM)

Hours vary weekly based on booking schedules.

Requirements

Able to perform heavy physical labor and team-lifting

Comfortable working outdoors in the Las Vegas summer heat

Must be okay getting wet, dirty, and working hard on your feet

Must pass a standard background check prior to hiring

Reliable transportation to work

Punctual and dependable — must show up on time every shift

Positive attitude and great teamwork skills
