Job Description: A Kitchen Steward helps the restaurant with cleaning and restocking tasks to keep all kitchen and dining areas sanitary and to ensure all the supplies for customers and restaurant staff are available when needed. This position is for our Gilbert location.
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- Clean tableware.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Remove trash.
- Sweep or scrub floors.

- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
