What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, nurturing care to children in a safe environment
- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
- Assist with daily routines (meals, naps, activities, transitions)
- Support age-appropriate learning and play activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom environment
- Follow all center policies, safety guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Work as part of a team to create a positive, supportive atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
- Experience working with children (preferred, but not required)
- Patient, caring, and dependable personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to move, lift, and stay active throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
