What you bring to the table:
• 3 years of experience in hospitality or event sales (restaurant, hotel, or venue)
• A proven ability to create new business and close deals with ease
• A strong South Florida network or the drive to build one quickly
• Excellent communication, creativity, and people skills — you connect naturally
• Self-motivated, upbeat, and able to juggle multiple events at once
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the magic happens
