We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Denver, CO or the Washington, DC area to bring execution clarity to that complexity.
This role is not about maintaining process.
It’s about building it.
You will design and operationalize LVS’s SDLC across hardware and software, establish program governance that scales, and create the connective tissue between requirements, development, and real-world deployment.
You’ll work across:
• AI and perception systems
• Robotics orchestration
• Firmware and embedded platforms
• Distributed software environments
And ensure they move together, not apart.
Your impact will include:
• Building a structured, scalable SDLC
• Establishing requirements traceability across the system lifecycle
• Aligning hardware and software delivery rhythms
• Driving integration readiness and validation planning
• Creating visibility from architecture through testing and release
• Enabling predictable pilots and demos
This role requires someone who is both systems-minded and execution-focused. Someone who can introduce discipline without introducing drag.

• Have built or matured SDLC processes in engineering environments

• SysML or systems modeling exposure
