What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House position at LOLA'S?
As Front of House at Lola’s, you are the principal expression of our hospitality. You embody the spirit of “Lola”—welcoming, intuitive, and grounded in care. You set the tone for each guest’s experience, creating an environment where people feel seen, taken care of, and attended to.
Mastering the steps of service is foundational but just the beginning—working FOH at Lola’s means ensuring every guest interaction reflects our values of friendliness, attentiveness, knowledge, and care.
We are looking for someone who knows how to read the room and feels a sense of responsibility for our guests’ experience.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay grounded and organized in a fast-paced environment
- A natural sense of empathy and awareness of others
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help
- Friday - Sunday availability is a must
