Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Sales
- Lead, coach, and inspire stylists to achieve service and retail sales goals
- Run daily huddles and provide live coaching on KPIs including rebooking, retail attach, and AOV
- Conduct weekly one to ones, training sessions, and accountability meetings
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and salon standards
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage guest recovery with professionalism and empathy
- Partner with the Owner to plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on social media initiatives, promotions, and brand partnerships
- Track and analyze marketing ROI to align with revenue goals
- Ensure marketing and guest experience messaging are consistent with Lola’s luxury brand standards
- Enforce Ritz level, five star service standards across all guest touchpoints
- Support front desk and stylist teams in delivering luxury experiences
- Partner with the Owner on strategic initiatives and new revenue streams
- Track performance metrics, propose new ideas, and execute growth projects
- 3–5 years as a Manager or Assistant Manager in salon, spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or boutique fitness
- Proven record of lifting KPIs and sales performance with measurable results
- Strong training and coaching background; able to build SOPs and systems
- Experience managing marketing initiatives including social media, promotions, and community partnerships
- Fashion forward, polished, and on brand presentation
- Mac and Google Suite fluent; data driven and detail oriented
- Growth mindset and flexible for push weeks
- Base salary: $70,000–$75,000 plus performance bonus tied to KPIs
