The Job
Full-time chair, 34 hours per week. You'll be doing what you love — color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, extensions — and doing it in an environment that pushes you to be your best.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday — a 4-day work week with optional Sundays. Full-time income. Built-in balance. Your chair is waiting.

- In-salon education and teaching
- Mentoring junior stylists

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday — a 4-day work week with optional Sundays. Full-time income. Built-in balance. Your chair is waiting.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
- 4 years of professional salon experience
- Strong color and cutting skills — balayage and highlights are your happy place
- Extensions experience preferred, but not necessary; alternative hair solutions a plus
- Someone who genuinely loves being part of a team and understands that better together isn't just a slogan — it's how six figures happens here
