What You’ll Do
As an Elite Designer, you’ll create exceptional results while delivering the elevated experience our guests expect from Lola.
You’ll:
- Perform high-level hair services within your areas of expertise, including cutting, coloring, dimensional work, styling, extensions, or specialty services.
- Lead thorough consultations and confidently recommend what’s possible for each guest.
- Create personalized service and home-care plans.
- Build strong, long-term guest relationships and retention.
- Continue developing your technical, consultation, service, and business skills.
- Maintain professional timing and service standards.
- Support associates and developing stylists working alongside you.
- Contribute to the cleanliness, presentation, energy, and success of the entire salon.
- Participate in education, team development, and salon initiatives.
- Represent the Lola brand professionally both inside and outside the salon.
