LoLa 41 in Aspen is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Aspen location will feature:
- 42 seats in the bar and dining room
- 60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio
- 12 seats in a lowerlevel speakeasy/private dining roo
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
- Lead, motivate, and support frontofhouse staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41’s service and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
- Assist with opening and closing duties according to company procedures.
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a highvolume restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, teamoriented environment.
- Detailoriented, adaptable, and confident in fastpaced service settings.
- Proficient with POS systems and frontofhouse technology.
- Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Living in Roaring Fork Valley is a plus! (although housing options can be available for the right candidate)
