LoLa 41 in Aspen is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Aspen location will feature:
- 42 seats in the bar and dining room
- 60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio
- 12 seats in a lowerlevel speakeasy/private dining room
- Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service
Key Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and supervise frontofhouse staff to ensure excellence in service.
- Coordinate and manage weekly staff schedules.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the floor during service hours.
- Handle guest relations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
- Open and close the restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service consistency.
- Assist with inventory management and prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask, delegate effectively, and solve problems quickly.
- Proficiency with restaurant management systems and relevant technology.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Living in Roaring Fork Valley is a plus! (although housing options can be available for the right candidate)
