This role is about guiding, educating, and building real relationships—not pushing products. You’ll help people make important healthcare and retirement decisions while building a career with strong income potential, flexibility, and purpose.
You’ll develop lasting client relationships, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that truly make a difference. Through proactive outreach and thoughtful advising, you’ll help clients move toward financial security while growing your own book of business.
Qualifications
- Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Self-motivated and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable having conversations, asking questions, and guiding people through decisions
- High level of integrity—you genuinely care about doing what’s right for the client
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a desire to continuously improve
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups, conversations, and client relationships
- Willingness to generate your own opportunities and build a book of business
- Interest in learning about Medicare, retirement planning, and financial protection strategies
- Insurance license is a plus, but not required—we’ll guide you through the process
