Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with a valid Iowa license (RDA, EFDA, or CDA/RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate has chairside assisting experience and a willingness to expand their skills, including pursuing EFDA certification if not already obtained.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet and seat patients in a warm, friendly manner
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms for procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Make preliminary impressions and perform scanning
- Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
- Turn over and disinfect treatment rooms efficiently
- Accurately document procedures and materials in digital charts
- Monitor inventory, stock supplies, and assist with ordering
- Support front office tasks as needed, including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Processing payments
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Iowa dental assisting license (RDA, EFDA, or CDA/RDA required)
- Chairside dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to infection control
