You have an intuitive understanding of the LOHO Bride woman and the luxury client experience. You genuinely love connecting with people, have an eye for style, and know that exceptional service is found in the details.

Must-Haves

• A strong understanding of the LOHO Bride aesthetic and luxury customer experience
• Natural warmth, enthusiasm, and emotional intelligence
• The ability to quickly build trust and meaningful relationships with clients
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong intuition for how a bride feels in a gown, not just how she looks
• A genuine passion for fashion, design, and personal style
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
• An appreciation for independent designers, craftsmanship, and storytelling
• Highly organized with excellent written communication skills and a strong command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Drive), ensuring a seamless experience for both brides and team members.

Client Experience

• Support bridal appointments from start to finish, assisting with styling, fit, and overall flow of the experience
• Create a welcoming, elevated environment where brides feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated
• Develop deep knowledge of our designers, their stories, aesthetics, and LOHO-exclusive offerings
• Prepare thoughtfully before appointments and execute timely, personalized follow-up afterward
• Help transform what can be an overwhelming decision into a meaningful and memorable experience

Client Relations & Customer Care

• Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the bride's journey
• Liaise directly with designers regarding client questions, customizations, and order details
• Communicate with brides regarding updates, concerns, and important milestones
• Send personalized follow-up communication after appointments and maintain exceptional service throughout the process

Creative & Marketing Opportunities

• Support Trunk Show launches and promotional campaigns
• Assist with photoshoot styling and creative production
• Contribute to visual merchandising and in-store presentation
• Help bring the LOHO aesthetic to life across every client touchpoint
