What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Real Estate Office Administrator position at Lohmiller Real Estate?
This front-office position is the go-to person who forms the backbone of their office. Applicants should possess excellent communication and people skills. They must be willing to deal with multiple tasks in a day and be able to semi-independently problem solve. Applicants should be well versed on Windows-based PCs and should be proficient in the current version of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. They should be prepared to conduct a hands-on computer skills assessment during the interview process. Applicants must dress and speak appropriately for an office environment and have some experience in customer service.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, well-dressed person who enjoys customer service-based interactions. He/she has worked in the real estate industry (or a related one) for 2 years, a front-office position for 2 years or has the training/schooling equivalent.
LRE administrators are W2 employees who enjoy a regular schedule and fixed salary. This position is 21 hours a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 9-5 w/ a 1 hour lunch). Interviewing for this position will begin soon with a targeted hiring date of 24 April.
