Immediate opening for a detail-oriented and reliable PR Specialist to join our business office team.
This is a part-time, 25-30 hours per week in-office position.
Five years of Payroll Processing are preferred, with QuickBooks experience.
- Responsible for payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll processing, administering and calculating: Leave, Benefits and Retirement Plans, Disbursements and Contributions in QuickBooks.
- Experienced in Union payroll processing and Davis Bacon wages, which may require a separate weekly payroll for union-related contracts.
- Experienced in processing payroll tax activities and tax reporting including local, state and multi-state entities, and federal regulations and filings.
- Keep current in laws and regulations regarding payroll taxes, payroll withholding procedures, and required payroll reporting.
- Follow and update payroll SOP
- Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task.
- Professional demeanor and good interpersonal skills.
- Work from home does not apply.
Schedule:25 to 30 hours per week
Hourly: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE
