Key Duties
- Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, controls, and support equipment.
- Perform fuel changeovers, water/chemical testing, and maintain logs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on boilers, burners, piping, and safety devices.
- Support A/C and refrigeration units with inspections, filter changes, and repairs.
- Maintain inventory of parts, chemicals, and supplies.
- Prepare reports, logs, and documentation of work performed.
Qualifications
- Experience in boiler operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of combustion systems, water treatment, and safety controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems; HVAC experience preferred.
- Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability
