What You’ll Do
As our Managing Attorney, you’ll play a key role in representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. You’ll:
- Oversee legal operations in Louisiana, including attorneys and support staff
- Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
- Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin matters
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to legal staff
- Partner with firm leadership to implement process improvements and meet performance goals
- Attend court hearings and manage complex litigation strategy as needed
- Licensed in Louisiana
- 7 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditors' rights law
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a legal setting
- Strategic mindset with strong operational and compliance acumen
- High degree of professionalism and client service orientation
- Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain is a plus
