Duties And Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting Support
- Assist with financial modeling activities, including data preparation, validation, and organization
- Support the preparation of recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards
- Help gather, organize, and maintain financial data used for analysis, forecasting, and leadership reporting
- Assist with treasury-related administrative tasks such as tracking banking activity, documentation, and reconciliations support
- Help maintain records related to cash management, banking portals, and treasury controls
- Support internal tracking of financial activity to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance department, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation
- Assist with maintaining organized digital finance files in accordance with internal controls and retention standards
- Support internal finance workflows and help route requests, approvals, and follow-ups as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency within the Finance team

- Prior experience in finance administration, reporting support, operations, or analytical support roles preferred
