What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Logoplaste?
Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Material Handler to join our Lititz, PA location.
Reporting to: Plant Manager
Shift: 12- hour (7am - 7pm), rotating, 2-2-3, schedule. Work 50% of each month!
Pay Rate: $18.50
The Material Handler position supports operations, maintains production flow, and provides accurate production ticketing and paperwork while keeping work areas organized and clean.
Key Tasks & Activities
- Maintains appropriate levels of materials for production packaging
- Ensures product is properly labelled and recorded
- Monitors production to maintain levels needed to run efficiently
- Pulls stock, fills out shipping manifest accurately and loads trailers
- Disposes of scrap as needed (possibly use bailer or grinder)
Prior experience needed
- Experience in Manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience
