Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a small office environment, and is eager to contribute to a growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone and email-based customer service
- Educate customers on product offerings and benefits, particularly custom floor mat solutions
- Support online sales through order entry, processing, and follow-up
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery
- Manage shipment tracking and logistics
- Maintain accurate sales data and records
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence and email etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ability to quickly familiarize and learn software applications
- Ability to be proactive, work independently, but also multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous office or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
