The Opportunity

As our Sales Leader for Software Development & IT Staffing, you'll own the full revenue cycle: identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that drive meaningful impact for our clients and our business.
You'll work directly with our technical teams and leadership, enjoy real autonomy, and see the direct results of your efforts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand Logix Guru's software development and IT staffing footprint
- Identify, pursue, and close new business across key verticals including healthcare, banking, hi-tech, manufacturing, and life sciences
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners
- Partner closely with our technical delivery teams to craft solutions that genuinely solve client problems
- Drive consistent revenue growth, consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Represent Logix Guru's brand and values in every client interaction
What You Bring
- Proven sales success in IT services, software development, or staffing — you've done this before and have the results to show for it
- Strong working knowledge of software development processes, technology stacks, and IT staffing models
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable owning your pipeline and building from the ground up
- Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
- A relationship-first approach backed by a results-driven work ethic
- Familiarity with enterprise verticals such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing is a plus
