Responsible for Designing, Architecting and implementing Enterprise Infrastructure Solution
Essential Job Duties:
- Set strategy and establish standards for IT Infrastructure.
- Design and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to meet existing and future Infrastructure requirements.
- Build Reference Architecture and provide escalation support for server, storage, network (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, etc.), virtual environments and cloud architecture.
- Establish and maintain regular written and in executives, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent infrastructure activities.
- Provide Escalation support and hands-on leadership for server, storage, network, and telecom tasks.
- Develop resource plans for projects that require engineering resources.
- Leverage best practices and process frameworks, such as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to drive continual process improvement.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises Managers, Architect, System Admin and Cloud Engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or electrical engineering. Master's degree a plus.
- 10 years IT experience in enterprise, multi-locations, including experience in the implementation, management and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, server technologies, and communication technologies, LANs, WANs, SD-WAN, voice, and data communication systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet products is required.
- Certifications such as CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and/or Fortinet NSE 4 or higher is a plus.

- Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to interface and influence all levels of management.
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across internal and external audiences.
