We're seeking an exceptional Logistics Coordinator with OTR experience to join us immediately and help manage our established accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of existing client accounts by coordinating FTL shipments, ensuring timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution, leveraging your OTR experience to anticipate and address real-world transport challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members via email, phone, and internal systems—your written and spoken skills will keep everything running smoothly.
• Monitor shipment statuses, track key details, and anticipate potential challenges to maintain our reputation for reliability.
• Collaborate closely with our small team, stepping up as a go-to problem-solver and contributor to our honest, transparent operations.
• Adapt quickly to evolving situations, retaining critical information from past experiences to handle future hurdles like a pro.

What We're Looking For:

• OTR Experience: Proven experience in over-the-road logistics or transportation, with a solid understanding of the challenges and nuances of FTL shipping.

• Speed and Tech Savvy: You're a whiz with computers—fast typing, quick navigation through software, and the ability to learn new systems in record time.

• Sharp Mind and Memory: Not just job-smart, but truly intelligent: You absorb information rapidly, remember key details without notes, and apply them to overcome obstacles efficiently.

• Reliability and Team Spirit: Punctual, dependable, and always ready to lend a hand. Great communicator who excels in both written responses and verbal interactions.

• Attention to Detail: Spot the important info in a sea of data and lock it away for future use—no detail is too small.

• Location and Setup: Based in Charleston, SC, with a full home office setup (computer, reliable internet, quiet workspace) for hybrid/remote flexibility.

Schedule and Training:

• Initial Training: Full-time in-office Monday-Friday for 6-8 weeks to get you up to speed on our processes and team.

• Ongoing Schedule: Thursday through Monday, with hybrid flexibility (mix of office and work-from-home). Be prepared for potential full remote work if needed—your home setup ensures zero disruptions.
