Description
We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn!
We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May to August, 2026.

Position Description:
- Work alongside key stakeholders to identify analytics requirements, analyze operational problems and utilize resources from multiple systems to develop business intelligence solutions for effective analysis and presentation of information.
- Create data models for analytical research for internal and external customers.
- Prepare, validate and reconcile reports.
- Audits corporate logistics data to ensure consistency and accuracy for use in reporting.
- Utilize project management techniques to assure strong execution, meeting delivery timeframes and proper stakeholder assessment and reporting throughout the assignments.
Assist with other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Creativity relative to solving problems and managing data
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Technical understanding of data modeling, design, and architecture principles
