LMI is seeking a highly skilled Project Integrator to support an enterprise-wide language policy program. The successful candidate will act as a consultant, focusing on tracking and measuring the success of the program. Candidate must be willing to work on client site in Chantilly, VA.

- Review and analyze program data and metrics.
- Review and assess regulations impacting the program.
- Collect and evaluate component policies.
- Research and provide benchmarking data from similar programs.
- Provide strategic support on foreign language related topics through metrics development and tracking.
- Assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Provide advisory guidance on policies related to language compensation.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Assist in developing and launching foreign language initiatives.
- Master’s degree with 10 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 12 years of experience, or 16 years of experience with no degree.

Experience in managing small tasks or subtasks requiring expertise in functional areas described above.
- Proven experience in project integration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with federal government operations and language policy programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level. You must be a US citizen.
Target Salary Range: $110,000-$158,000
