Overview
Provide strategic level support to the Front Office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key advisor and confidant to the Sponsor’s senior leadership on a range of issues and projects, including, but not limited to, providing critical insights, managing the Sponsor’s priorities, and facilitating the Sponsor’s leadership decision-making processes.
- Establish and execute processes to best apply the Sponsor’s integrated resources to its strategic priorities.
- Collaborate across the Sponsor’s components and the wider enterprise to execute strategic initiatives that integrate inputs and promote collaboration and transparency across the Sponsor’s stakeholders and advance mission.
- Support the Sponsor’s executive team and drive organizational effectiveness by working in tandem with the Sponsor’s leadership and administrative support teams.
- Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.
- Act as a liaison between offices and stakeholders to foster effective cross-enterprise collaboration, including deconfliction across stakeholders as needed.
- Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from inception to completion in consultation with the Sponsor’s leadership and administrative support teams.
- Support the Sponsor’s leadership team as they lead projects, tasks, initiatives, and office-wide and/or high-profile engagements and meetings.
