This role will support USAF acquisition logistics digital transformation utilizing cutting-edge technologies as well as streamlining and accelerating processes using Agile methodologies. This client-facing position is full-time at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH working in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
Responsibilities

- Contribute to the programs and initiatives designed to advance company strategic priorities
Duties:
- Manage installing and configuring, administering, and integrating Jira and Confluence products
- Work with various teams to identify procedural efficiencies with workflows, custom fields, and other requirements
- Transfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve processes, and become more effective in their roles by increasing outcomes, collaboration, and quality practices
- Communicate effectively when reviewing customer requirements to be translated into technical requirements
- Work in agile software development where work is managed in development sprints including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint execution, deployments and sprint retrospectives
- Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Teams and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices
- Ensure proper use and reporting of SBIR technologies as required on projects. This may include direct support for scenario input and/or analysis recommendations, documentation of use cases, identifying capability gaps, and providing recommendations for future enhancement

Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2 years’ experience in field
- Proven experience using/administering Atlassian products (in-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence)
- Expertise on building collaboration spaces in Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in Jira
- LMI may choose to substitute education with relevant experience
- Applicants must hold a current U.S. Government SECRET clearance at minimum
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Atlassian Certified Expert
- 6 years' hands-on experience configuring, installing, administering, and integrating Jira projects and Confluence
- Advanced industry recognized certifications related to Agile preferred; Agile SAFe certification
- Familiarity with User Experience (Ux), Customer Experience (Cx), and/or Human entered Design (HCD) work
- Applicants currently holding or eligible for TOP SECRET clearance
Target salary range: $73,000-85,000
