We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry in our Quick Books system
- Communicate with our vendors via phone and email
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Must have Quick Books Desktop knowledge and experience
- Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be bilingual ( English and Spanish)
- Must live in the Fontana, CA.
- Must have typing skills ( 40wpm)
- Must have Previous experience in the office environment or other related fields
- Must have Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have Strong attention to detail
- Must have Strong organizational skills
