Location: Greater Wichita, KS (Wichita, El Dorado, Augusta, Fall River, and Eureka)

Ridgeback Transportation is hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers to join our growing team! We’re looking for reliable, motivated drivers who take pride in their work and value being part of a team that respects and supports them.

Whether you’ve driven for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or worked in moving, construction, or landscaping, we’re looking for dependable, hard-working people who know what it takes to get the job done right!

What You’ll Do

• Operate company-provided vehicles: cutaways, box trucks, or vans
• Deliver and pick up packages throughout Wichita and surrounding areas
• Handle packages up to 150 lbs. (with hand truck or dolly as needed)
• Communicate clearly with customers and represent Ridgeback professionally
• Maintain a safe driving record and positive attitude daily

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass background and drug screening
• Physically able to move packages up to 150 lbs.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused
